McLean Beef, Inc. Digital Paintings

I worked on these paintings for a butcher shop in York, NE from January 2021 to August 2021. During that time, I communicated with the store owner on a weekly basis to inform her of my progress and receive any feedback from her. These paintings were done entirely in Photoshop with photographs as references.

Social Media Post for Church

In May of 2021, I was given the opportunity to design a poster and Instagram post for a music class given at my local church. I communicated with the music pastor for progress updates and feedback.

CUNE Academic Logo 2020-2021

I worked as a Student Graphic Designer for Concordia University, Nebraska from June 2020 to December 2021. One of the first projects I was tasked with was designing the logo for the academic them of that year. The academic theme was EXCEL, and it was based on the verse James 1:17 (“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.”)

CUNE Thank You Poster

During my time working as a Student Designer for Concordia University NE. most of my projects were based on brand guidelines already established by the Marketing and Communications department. However, there were a few projects where I was allowed to have more creative leeway, and this poster was one of those projects. I experimented with typography by taking a font that already existed and adding my own flourishes to it.
